    The commutative property states that numbers can be added in any order and this does not change the sum. The additive inverse property states that any number added to its opposite equals zero. The additive identity property states that the sum of any number and zero is that number .

    Multiplication and Division of Integers. Rule 1 : The product of a positive integers and a negative integer is negative. Rule 2 : The product of two positive integers is positive. Rule 3 : The product of two negative integers is positive .

A rebate on stamp duty cannot be availed in sole ownership, but is offered on joint property ownership in same states.
