Example Of Property :-  

Example of property, which may be tangible or intangible, include automotive vehicles, industrial equipment, furniture, and real estate -the last of which is often referred to as "real property." Most properties hold current or potential monetary value and are therefore considered to assets. 


What are examples of personal property ?

Examples of tangible personal property include vehicles, furniture, boats, and collectibles. Personal property can be intangible, as in the case of stocks and bonds. Just as some loans  -  mortgages, for examples  -  are secured by real property, such as a house, some loans are secured by personal property . 


What are kinds of property ?

Kinds of property :- 

* Real property (land and attached buildings)

* Capital property (property that is purchased with the intention of holding or using it, rather than reselling it)

* Non-capital property (inventories of goods held for resale)  


What type of property is cash ?

Intangible personal property :-

Personal property is divided into two categories. Intangible personal property is cash and its equivalents: mutual funds, stocks, insurance policies, savings and checking accounts, even the wad of bills you may have stuffed in your sock drawer. Tangible personal property is a large category of what people own .

Disadvantages :- Single ownership puts the burden of financial responsibility on your shoulders which you cannot share. You will not be able to apply for higher loan amounts when owning a proerty alone. But in joint owneship, as the combined income of the owners is considered, eligibility for higher loan amounts are more. A rebate on stamp duty cannot be availed in sole ownership, but is offered on joint property ownership in same states. The peocess of transfer of property ownership upon the death of sole owner can be a complicated one regulated by succession laws and other related ownership rules.
